VIEW AGENDA
Online Registration: CLOSED
- Please note, space is limited.
- Registration is required for all participants.
Meeting Location: FDSTS will be hosted in the Fairwinds Alumni Center at the main campus of UCF in Orlando FL, on Thursday and Friday, October 17th and 18th, 2024.
Parking and Shuttle: Virtual Daily parking permits are available $8.00 per day and are allowed in General (GREEN) student spaces. Visitors can register their vehicle’s license plate information into the online parking system. Vehicles parked at UCF campuses must park nose-in with the rear license plate visible and facing drive lanes. Not doing so will result in a ticket. We recommend you park in Garage D and walk to the venue. During noon, the parking garage can fill up rather quickly. If that happens, we recommend you park in surface parking area B5 (marked with a red circle in the campus map). Typically, there are a plenty of parking spots available in B5, however, it is a 20-minute walk from the venue (marked ALUM in the map). We arranged a shuttle from B5 to the symposium venue for the following times:
- Thursday, 17 October: 12.30 pm
- Friday, 18 October: 8.00 am
- Thursday, 17 October: 7.00 pm
- Friday, 18 October: 5.30 pm
Traveling to UCF:
- Airport: UCF is minutes away from both the Orlando International Airport (MCO), a major international airport serving 135 domestic and international destinations, and the Orlando Sanford International Airport. The campus is also within driving distance of airports in Tampa and Miami, and is conveniently located near major highways.
